Welcome to ConsultantListing.com. By creating an account, submitting a listing, or using this website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility to List

   1. ConsultantListing.com is open to individuals and companies offering services within the categories recognised by our platform, including (but not limited to):
      • Forensic & Investigative Consultants
      • Engineering & Technical Consultants
      • Construction & Property Consultants
      • Medical & Healthcare Consultants
      • Legal Consultants & Law Firms
      • Risk, Audit & Compliance Consultants
      • Insurance & Claims Consultants
      • Financial, Accounting & Tax Consultants
      • Human Resources & Recruitment Consultants
      • Business Strategy & Management Consultants
      • Marketing, Branding & Communications Consultants
      • Technology & IT Services Consultants
      • Education & Training Consultants
      • Environmental, Sustainability & ESG Consultants
      • Occupational Health & Safety Consultants
      • Cybersecurity & Data Protection Consultants
      • Transport, Logistics & Supply Chain Consultants
      • Start-up, Innovation & Venture Advisory
      • Event, Media & Public Relations Consultants

   2. Applicants must provide accurate, truthful, and verifiable information during registration.
   3. ConsultantListing.com reserves the right to verify documents, request clarification, and approve or reject listings at its sole discretion.

2. Listing Fees

   The standard listing fee is USD 15 per year.

3. Payment and Billing

   1. Annual listing fees are non-refundable once charged.
   2. Listings renew automatically unless auto-renewal is disabled through your dashboard.
   3. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains up to date.
   4. If renewal payment fails, you will be notified by email. Your listing remains active for 14 days. After that, it may be suspended until payment is completed.
   5. For billing disputes, email contact@consultantlisting.com within 14 days of the transaction. Refund decisions (if any) are at the sole discretion of ConsultantListing.com

4. Use of the Platform

   1. Users must use the platform lawfully and professionally.
   2. You may not:
      • Share or transfer your account login credentials
      • Misrepresent your identity, experience, or qualifications
      • Upload false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent information
      • Use the platform for illegal, harmful, or unauthorised purposes
      • Publish content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights
   3. ConsultantListing.com may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

   1. ConsultantListing.com collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
   2. By registering, you consent to the use of your data for:
      • Account verification
      • Listing management
      • Communication and notifications
      • Payment processing
   3. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting support.

6. Public Consultant Profiles

   1. By submitting a listing, you agree that your consultant profile (including your name, services, documents, and any uploaded information intended for public view) will be publicly visible on the platform.
   2. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you publish can legally be displayed.

7. Intellectual Property

   1. All website content, branding, layouts, and design elements remain the property of ConsultantListing.com
   2. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or reuse platform content without written permission.
   3. You retain ownership of content you upload (CV, certificates, documents), but grant ConsultantListing.com a licence to display it publicly as part of your consultant profile.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

   1. ConsultantListing.com serves as a listing and discovery platform. It does not guarantee client engagement, job opportunities, or business outcomes.
   2. ConsultantListing.com is not liable for:
      • Disputes between consultants and clients
      • Inaccurate or misleading information submitted by consultants
      • Losses, damages, or claims arising from platform use
   3. Consultants are responsible for complying with all local laws, licensing requirements, and professional regulations.
   4. While we make reasonable efforts to verify listings, ConsultantListing.com does not conduct comprehensive background checks on all consultants. Users are advised to independently verify credentials and exercise due diligence before engaging any consultant listed on the platform. We are not responsible for any fraudulent, unethical, or illegal behaviour by users or consultants.

9. Suspension or Termination

   1. Users may request cancellation at any time through their dashboard. Listings remain visible until expiry.
   2. ConsultantListing.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without refund for violating these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

    1. These Terms may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
    2. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.
